We are a small, professional training company based in Bromley. We have a large, modern and fully equipped training centre which is used for exams, studying, seminars, workshops and other events.

Chris has a background in international business and more recently in advisory work. He is a qualified coach and has a long track record of working with individuals and organisations to help them develop their capabilities.
Chris has a degree in physics from The University of Bath and an MSc in Strategic Management from The University of Bristol. He speaks five languages and specialises in leadership, team development and negotiation. He is a qualified trainer of The Leadership Challenge®, a qualified Leadership Practices Inventory coach, a Certified Lumina Spark, Lumina Leader and Lumina Sales Practitioner and holds an Institute of Leadership and Management coaching qualification as well as formal qualifications in marketing.

David has a background in management consultancy, having spent much of his career working for firms such as PwC, PA Consulting, Barclays Global Home Loans, Energis and BT. He has extensive experience in performance improvement and customer operations and has worked on major projects delivering increased revenues for clients.
David has managed and lead teams on complex projects. He provides individuals and organisational clients with practical guidance and advice to help them explore their learning options and requirements.
David has an MA in Engineering, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford and an MBA from IMD.
